Anuj Gemawat has served as the vice president and global head of GBS sales for ADEC Business Services since September 2025. In this role, Anuj leads our Global Business Services (GBS) practice and creates solutions for global C-suite Leaders (CFOs, CPOs, CCOs, CHROs and CEOs), bringing together best in class finance operations, technology, AI, sustainable sourcing, people operations, reporting, and impactful global business operations.
As a trusted global business strategy advisor, Anuj helps CXOs unlock profitability and deliver exceptional value to their organizations, by providing solutions and business outcomes across people, process and technology aspects of GBS operations. He guides business leaders toward best practices, benchmark their operations, drive efficiency in sourcing plans and create value that can be tracked and aligned with organizational net zero initiatives.
