In his role, Vincent champions operational excellence by tailoring methodologies and processes to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. He draws inspiration from Japanese business principles, particularly the philosophy of kaizen (continuous improvement), fostering a workplace culture grounded in respect, empowerment, and innovation.
A strategic and results-driven leader, Vincent excels at aligning cross-functional teams with business objectives, ensuring seamless service delivery across diverse, geographically distributed teams—both onsite and remote. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Management Technology. He is also fluent in Japanese.
