The other UNOSSC Visionary 2014 award recipients include the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza; the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology of the Government of Malaysia; the Ministry of Science ICT and Planning of the Government of South Korea; the Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Ahmed Al Meraikhi; and the Chair of International Science Technology and Innovation of the Centre for South-South Cooperation, Dato Cheong Yee Lee.
